SAN RAFAEL MINE ADVENTURE
Visit the San Rafael mine, where you will see veins of gold, silver, iron and other minerals and crystals. You can go down into the mine to the water level at more than 100 feet below the surface. The mine has electric lights and you are supplied protective hats, heavy gloves, lamps and, of course, the guide. Samples of the minerals are available for sale at the mine store.
