hotel staff double as resident historians and can guide you through
the town's chapels and shops (where you will find, among other treasures,
musical instruments hand-carved by local artisans in the pre-Hispanic
style). Your guide can escort you through the mines or point out
the hiking trails in Ex-Hacienda Cinco Seņores. With 150 private
acres at your disposal, you can explore on horseback for hours.
If you want dinner al fresco, your table will be set at the perfect
site to enjoy the spectacular sunset while you sip chilled white
wine, enjoy cold curry chicken with kiwi and strawberry rice and
finish with an aphrodisiacal chocolate cake.
If
you just want to relax, enjoy the peace and solitude of our garden
surrounded by peach, pomegranate and fig trees, doze off in a hammock,
or come by the fireplace and read or play a game of chess. You can
also come browse in the gallery del Centro. There you will find
works by Picasso, Rembrandt, Tamayo and Cuevas on exhibit along
with works by international contemporary artists represented in
well-known galleries in New York, Mexico City, Lucerne and Berlin.
